Planning & Procurement
Based on our strategic or targeted assessment, we develop an initial plan, which serves as the foundation for designing programs or a project plan. We then prepare the necessary documentation for the permit application. Finally, we carry out the detailed engineering work to prepare the bid documents, either for awarding the contract in lots or for appointing a general contractor. To ensure that supplies meet the required quality standards, are provided at a reasonable cost, and are delivered within the specified time frame, we also assist with the procurement process and contract award.
